Physical Maps

• Chomosome 8 location of LGS. This is a G-banded ideogram of human chromosome 8. It shows the general location of LGS in relationship to the entire chromosome.
• The LGS minimal deletion region. This map details a 4 megabase region spanning the minimal region of chromosome 8 that is usually deleted in LGS patients. It includes the EXT1 and TRPS I genes.
• Large YAC contig spanning LGS. This is a YAC/STS content map spanning 8q23.3-8q24.1.
