Locations of cosmids used as probes are indicated vertically. Below the genomic map are the overlapping YACs, represented by horizontal lines. Open circles on the YACs represent the approximate locations of the STS markers shown below the YACs. Known chromosomal break points are shown at the bottom of the figure.
